10,000 Degrees is inviting mission-aligned, strategic, and community-connected volunteer leaders to apply to join our Board of Directors and Regional Advisory Boards as we enter our next chapter of impact.

For more than 45 years, our model has delivered exceptional student outcomes—proving that when students are supported to and through college, they persist, graduate, and go on to meaningful careers. Now, we’re expanding the number of students and regions we serve while staying laser-focused on what makes our results possible: consistent, near-peer support paired with scholarships.

Our board and advisory leaders are essential partners in this work. They help steward our mission and resources with care, guide growth with strong governance and strategic judgment, and keep us deeply connected to the communities and students we serve.

We’re seeking leaders who bring perspective, credibility, and networks they are willing to activate on behalf of educational equity. Whether you’re rooted in California or bring a broader regional or national lens, we welcome individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves to help expand college access and success for students from low-income backgrounds.
