College Success Fellow, San Francisco

Full-Time/Hybrid Role
Provide the most direct support to students and families by providing guidance for succeeding in college and the workforce, assisting with financial aid application, facilitating college readiness, hosting success workshops, and representing the organization at fundraising and appreciation events.

Black Student Engagement Intern

Part-time/Intern
Intern will play a vital role in boosting Black Student engagement with 10,000 Degrees, support Black Scholars through college, and foster inclusive communities on your campus.

College Access Fellow, Southern Marin

Full-Time/Hybrid Role
Provide guidance and assistance to students and their families in Southern Marin regarding financial aid, college planning, 10,000 Degrees Scholarship, and career planning.

Director of Finance

Full-Time/Hybrid Role
The Director of Finance will oversee the Finance Team and will have a strong non-profit accounting and audit experience.

Academic Success Coordinator (High School)

Part-Time/Hybrid Role
The Academic Success Coordinator is responsible for oversight of 10,000 Degrees Academic Support volunteers placed in select Marin County high schools. Coordinators identify school volunteer needs and opportunities in collaboration with schools, teachers, and/or administration.

Senior Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Grant Management

Full-Time/Hybrid Role
Coordinates and owns all aspects of account receivable and contributions receivable and supports the development team in preparing budgets as part of the grant proposal process.
