College & Career Coaches

College & Career Coaches are an essential part of the 10,000 Degrees model, providing individualized, high-impact support that empowers scholars at every stage of their postsecondary journey. From preparing scholars to successfully access college and career opportunities to helping them persist, navigate challenges, and achieve their long-term goals, Coaches serve as trusted partners throughout the scholar experience. 

Beyond their direct work with scholars, College & Career Coaches are leaders within the program, serving as mentors and role models for Fellows. They provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support that helps Fellows build the skills, confidence, and professional judgement needed to effectively serve scholars and grow as emerging professionals.
