I have been involved with 10,000 Degrees since its early days and have witnessed the remarkable evolution of this organization.
Twenty-five years ago, relatively few people were familiar with the incredible workings of 10,000 Degrees. We were a very small organization. Today, 10,000 Degrees is known throughout the Bay Area and beyond, touching so many lives.
10,000 Degrees is extremely strong with an outstanding executive team, overseeing an extraordinarily talented staff. All of us on the Board feel very proud to be part of such an effective organization. The results that 10,000 Degrees achieves are unmatched in getting students successfully to and through college. I choose to support 10,000 Degrees as it is an investment in people and our collective futures.
With 10,000 Degrees, one can tangibly see the benefits for our students and our communities. I have been able to see transformations, the growing confidence and competence in our students, and the pride that their families justifiably feel.
