Willy Lepori

Working with 10,000 Degrees has really come full circle for me. It seemed like yesterday I was starting my first day at Santa Rosa Junior College and didn’t know what to expect. Thanks to my Fellows, I received the support on getting resources on campus like applying for financial aid and transferring to a four-year university. I am now blessed and privileged to provide that same support to students in Napa working closely with the community college students. That is the best part of my job, paying it forward to the next generation of first-generation students.
