10,000 Degrees Professional and Technical Training Scholarships support students from Marin County with significant financial need who are attending vocational programs leading to a license or certificate.
Mission San Rafael Scholarship Requirements
- Marin resident residing in San Rafael OR be graduating senior from a San Rafael Unified School District high school;
- Attending a vocational program at an accredited or state-approved training institution;
- Enrolling in a program leading to a license or certificate or taking prerequisite courses for a nursing program;
- Have a GED/high school diploma or be 18 years of age.
Sausalito Rotary Scholarship Requirements
Marin resident
Preference given to students residing in Southern Marin (Sausalito, Tiburon, Mill Valley, Marin City);
Attending a vocational program at an accredited or state-approved training institution;
Enrolling in a program leading to a license or certificate or taking prerequisite courses for a nursing program;
Have a GED/high school diploma or be 18 years of age.
The priority deadline for the 10,000 Degrees Scholarship application for the 2026-27 school year is March 2, 2026.
The application for the 2026 – 2027 school year will open October 1, 2025.
