Salary & Compensation Negotiation

In many professions, it’s common and expected that job applicants will negotiate their salary and/or part of their compensation package. How you approach negotiation conversations and what you say is important. In this session, we’ll review common negotiation practices, language, and advice so that you can have a productive and professional conversation that sets you up for a successful negotiation conversation. We will also review a typical compensation package and discuss what else, besides salary, is sometimes negotiated. Don’t leave money on the table! Join us to learn about negotiation best practices!
