I am grateful to be back in Sonoma County, providing care to the community that shaped me. My goal is to offer culturally humble care that respects the diverse backgrounds of my patients, ensuring that language and cultural barriers do not limit access to healthcare. Beyond the clinic, I actively participate in pipeline programs to help first-generation students overcome obstacles in pursuing careers in medicine.
10,000 Degrees played a pivotal role in my journey by introducing me to the possibility of college through their summer program, which gave me the confidence to pursue higher education. Their scholarship support helped me overcome financial challenges and stay focused on my path to becoming a physician.
