I am thrilled to share 10,000 Degrees’ new 2027-2031 Strategic Plan—a bold roadmap for building a healthier, happier, and more prosperous future for the students and communities we serve.
We are living through a time of tremendous change. Public policy changes, AI and technology, income inequality, rising costs, and a shifting labor market are making it harder for our students from low-income backgrounds to access, afford, complete, and succeed after college.
But one thing has not changed: talent is everywhere, and opportunity is not. For more than four decades, 10,000 Degrees has helped our students navigate educational barriers with the guidance, scholarships, mentors, and belief they need to see their unlimited potential and realize their college and career goals.
Today, we have a rare opportunity to do even more. With MacKenzie Scott and Yield Giving’s catalytic investment, and with your continued support, we can expand our work, strengthen the pathways where students face the greatest barriers, and build the tools and partnerships needed to shape the future of college and career success.
We invite you to explore our new strategic plan, which is both a response to the moment and a promise to our students. We will continue to stand with them—from high school through college graduation and into careers—so they can live better lives, and positively impact their communities and the world.
